This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when TildaVPS processes personal data on behalf of a customer under Article 28 of the GDPR.
The customer is the controller (or a processor acting for a controller) and TildaVPS is the processor.
We process personal data only to deliver and support the services you order. Content stored on a server is processed only as you instruct.
We maintain technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access control, and monitoring.
We use a small set of sub-processors to run the platform, including infrastructure and email providers. The current list is available on request.
