TildaVPS refund terms for VPS, dedicated servers, add-ons, and cryptocurrency payments.

New VPS and cloud accounts can be canceled within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund of that first payment.
Dedicated servers can be canceled within 7 days for a refund minus any setup costs already incurred.
Renewals and add-on purchases are non-refundable once billed.
Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency, valued at the spot rate at the time the refund is processed.
No refund is issued when a service was suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
